The goal of the Senior Lead Marketing Manager for the large enterprise segment is to drive and support the sales team in creating new opportunity with current customers and acquire new logos leveraging our strategic solutions. The role will focus on the following areas: Enablement of the Enterprise Sales team, activation of the sales team in partnership with the Marketing team, packaging of solutions and content to create more accessibility for the sales team, measurement of the campaigns, influencing digital, event and field campaigns to maximize our impact against our targets and solutions.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Create, execute and own sales activation strategy and content for field marketing to leverage with their sales teams around Edge, Work from Anywhere and other strategic initiatives
  • Work cross functionally with solutions marketing, overlay, product, GTM, vertical marketing and other key stakeholders to create a cohesive activation plan
  • Package content and actions from GTM, Vertical marketing, Solutions Marketing and/or Product into .ppts, email templates and other communication vehicles for easy and consistent use by field marketing
  • Identify enablement needs via sales and field marketing feedback; create action around this feedback
  • Work with the data insights teams to leverage models, intent data and account insights to drive targeting for programs touching the Large Enterprise and Key Account space
  • Track and measure all activation activity for ROI and impact to the business
  • Set activation and strategic initiative goals and track to those goals for monthly activation readouts to NA marketing leadership
  • Drive strategy and feedback into field customer engagement activities to align to Large Enterprise/Key Account programs
  • Ideate with field marketing on prospecting tactics and help execute those ideas to drive acquisition opportunities
  • Communicate strategy, tactics and results to the larger NA marketing team on a regular frequency
  • Understand the Large Enterprise and Key account landscape, including monthly performance metrics, RAD break downs, campaign targets, acquisition opportunity, etc.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of enterprise marketing experience
  • Ability to analyze information, ask questions and gain insights that lead to strategic answers.
  • Ability to analyze data, work within excel to summarize large data sets, parse data and generally make recommendations based on data.
  • Well versed in all business functions, including marketing, sales, finance, HR, operations and IT
  • Enjoys ambiguity and can define a path forward regardless of roadblocks or challenges
  • Executive presence, interacting with VP level regularly
  • 5+ years of technology marketing experience
  • Results-Oriented leader with prior successful experience in a dynamic, highly matrixed corporate environment, who is detail-oriented and has a strong focus on delivery milestones.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen effectively and communicate in a proactive fashion. Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude
  • English fluent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prepared to leverage modern marketing concepts, Account Based Marketing, social selling, propensity modeling and intent data and sales/marketing automation
  • Versed in customer journey mapping, outcome based messaging, and sense making.
  • Solutions or product marketing experience and/or product management experience
  • Sales experience
  • MBA preferred
