Position Objective:
Develop and implement a customer focused strategic digital marketing plan that exceeds client expectations and enables PVF to meet our global business objectives. The ideal candidate is an innovative marketing leader with experience in leveraging digital tools to drive growth. Utilize an operational mindset to digital product management, guiding product development through all stages of the product lifecycle, from identification and business analysis of customer needs through launch and support, working closely with a cross-organizational team of marketing, design, IT and sales. Define strategic direction, with a clear understanding of how to successfully launch new digital products that improve the user experience. Excellent communication skills are fundamental; they must be able to effectively convey complex concepts across all organizational levels, both internally and with external customers and partners. Strategic and project management roles include the execution of websites, mobile applications, digital product catalogs, intranet portals, newsletters, articles, email campaigns, collateral materials and other essential marketing campaigns.
Essential Duties:
- Co-manage the daily execution of customer acquisition campaigns and initiatives.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance digital program performance, cultivate new growth opportunities and optimize ROI.
- Manage relationships with strategic partners including Facebook and Google, overseeing their execution of digital marketing projects and priorities.
- Leverage deep experience with affiliate/partnership marketing, digital media management, display prospecting and re-targeting, paid search, email, referral marketing, as well as web analytics tools and A/B testing.
- Monitor brand guidelines and maximize cross channel integration.
- Create and maintain publishing schedules and content calendars
- Execute other marketing campaigns and programs as needed.
- Develop and manage digital strategy implementation.
- Provide thought-leadership on products and experience; promote best-practices, new ideas, in-depth research, to build the PVF brand.
- Understand and anticipate market requirements and work with internal teams and external vendors to develop the business analysis and solution.
- Develop thorough understanding of all commercial division business units and their customers-A&D, end use, dealer, national accounts and international clients-and drive solutions to meet their business needs.
- Develop roll-out, training and implementation plans for new products and features ensuring tools are leveraged to their full capability.
- Utilize effective project management when launching new digital products, features and tools, exercising sound decision-making abilities.
- Run data-driven experiments and analysis as well as quality testing to optimize products and inform the strategy.
- Provide leadership to the Digital Marketing Team through effective management, coaching, mentoring and career planning.
- Understand principles of design, user experience and customer experience to drive digital marketing efforts and ensure alignment with brand identity and strategy.
- Ensure the end product is relevant, brand compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
- Provide strategic recommendations to commercial brand leaders and drive projects to completion.
- Implement search engine optimization best practices on all customer-facing websites to ensure year-over-year targeted traffic increase.
- Develop sound business cases to examine benefits, risks, costs and return on investment for major digital projects.
- Lead and participate in corporate digital initiatives and establish relationships across the organization to ensure commercial strategies are aligned with corporate strategies; fully leverage existing investments and reduce overall cost of ownership of digital solutions.
- Manage capital and expense funds associated with digital strategy, design, and development.

Background & Education:
- 4-year degree
- Minimum 5 years marketing experience, digital preferred
- Minimum 3 years leading a high performance team.
- Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand complex company strategies.
